The St. Vital Mustangs Football Club
The Mustangs are one of Winnipeg's oldest community football clubs. And one of the clearest examples of what's possible for any volunteer-run organization with more work than people to do it. 77 years of history, 10 teams, and a small group of volunteers running the whole operation.
The Problem
They had the same problem most organizations like them have. Too much to do, not enough people, and no systems to make the work run without them. Phone inquiries went unanswered after hours. There was no sponsorship pipeline. Club knowledge lived in people's heads.
